December Free Workshop

The next free workshop on time banking will be Sunday, December 13th, 2009 from 5-5:30PM at Williams Hall Barlow Hospital 2000 Stadium Way Los Angeles CA . Between Scott and Elysian Park Ave. Williams Hall is in the center of the Barlow Hospital campus in Elysian Park, behind the library. Join us after for a member potluck and talent show.

Stephanie Rearick at the Economics and Peace Conference

Stephanie Rearick of the Dane County Time Bank presented a 20 minute speech at the Economics of Peace Conference in Sonoma, CA, Oct. 20, 2009.

Titled "Real World Caring Economics: TimeBanking and Social Justice", the talk focuses on Timebanking as a tool for creating a more caring and equal human society.
